Phantom 55 was put together in July of '07. Camm Linneen, guitarist, is well known by many throughout the valley as a very exceptional guitar player with strong influences from Stevie Ray Vaughan, Johnny Winter, Chet Atkins, Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton and many others. He is able to incorporate is own personal style to his music, making his songs and guitar work quite unique and recognizable. In addition to playing guitar, he is the band's main vocalist. Jimmy Wilson, bass guitarist, is also known throughout the local scene as a fill in bassist and is breaking into studio work. His bass playing style is in the pocket, yet up front and keeping you on your toes. His vocals are heard on occasion. Eric Voris, drummer, keeps the rhythm going and the beats flowing. With strong jazz influences he brings diversity and excitement to the band, yet has a stong rock feel that will just pull your feet to the dance floor. With his addition to Phantom 55 we have found ourselves complete and an unstoppable rock and blues trio.
